WE'LL MISS YOU JERRY!
Arche Wellness is saddened to say goodbye to our wonderful counselor, Jerry Desena. Jerry is beginning to settle into a long awaited retirement and has decided to take a counseling position very close to her home which will free her from the daily terror that so many of us have come to know as "Route 28." Jerry was the first counselor hired and Arche Wellness and we have been honored to have her as an employee. We will miss you Jerry!!

As a result, Arche Wellness is looking for an experienced addiction treatment counselor to fill Jerry's very competent and highly skilled shoes. Jerry will be leaving us at the end of August so we would like to have her position filled before she leaves. If you think you have what it takes to be as good as Jerry, we are interested in hearing from you.

Qualifications for Jerry's full-time position are:
At least 5 years of experience in an addiction treatment setting is required (sorry, no exceptions.)
Master's degree in psychology, counseling or other related field is required
Ability to conduct individual and client sessions for longer than 1 hour is required
Experience working with addicted families and enabling behaviors is greatly preferred.
LPC, CAC is preferred.
General knowledge of nutrition and exercise is preferred.
A healthy lifestyle and strong desire to set a good example for our patients is a PLUS!!!
An open mind and ability to think outside the box, a strong work ethic, exceptional paperwork skills and a great sense of humor are all required for this position.





Act 33/34 clearanced are required for all positions.


Note ? Arche Wellness is an addiction recovery center therefore professionals with active addictions are not appropriate for this position.
